Winnie represents the dogs of the Town of the Cats

Los Gatos Mayor Barbara Spector proclaims Los Gatos will become “Los Perros for a Day” at the Los Gatos Town Council meeting Monday May 5. Winnie accepts the honor on behalf of all the dogs from the Town of the Cats.
